When is the election?

A primary election will be held September 19, 2023. Dan will be listed on the primary ballot if he has at least two challengers.

The general election will be held November 7, 2023. Voting in both elections is highly important!

Which ward do I live in?

Use this tool on the City of Manchester’s website to determine which ward you live in. Residents must vote at the polling station assigned to their individual wards.

Where do I vote?

Ward 2 residents vote at Hillside Middle School - 112 Reservoir Avenue.

What hours are the polls open?

In Manchester, polls are open from 6am to 7pm on each election day.

I don’t live in Ward 2. Can I vote for you?

Only residents of Manchester Ward 2 are able to vote in the Ward 2 election. However, anyone can show their support with a yard sign! Request a yard sign here.

Am I already registered to vote?

Prior registration is not required in New Hampshire, but you can use this tool on the Secretary of State’s website to find out if you’re already registered. If you’re registered from an old address, make sure to find out which ward you live in now—and be sure to vote in the correct ward.

I’m not registered to vote. What do I need to do?

New Hampshire allows voter registration on the day of any election. If you have proof of your ID, age, citizenship, and domicile (address), bring it to the polling station on the day of the election. If not, that's okay—you'll just be asked to sign an affidavit (which will be provided by the Ward Clerk).

Can I vote absentee?

In New Hampshire, you can vote absentee under certain circumstances. Print and complete this form, and then mail it to your city/town clerk. Manchester residents should mail the absentee application to the City Clerk’s Office at:
